● Coverage: This warranty covers the labor and materials directly related to the sod installation. It ensures that the sod was installed correctly and is free from defects at the time of installation.
● Conditions:
○ Proper Care: The homeowner must follow the care instructions provided at the time of installation. This includes adequate watering, mowing, and avoiding heavy foot traffic during the establishment period.
○ Exclusions: Damage due to neglect, improper maintenance, pet activity, vandalism, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God are not covered

Sprinkler System Warranty
● Coverage: Covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the sprinkler system installation.
● Conditions:
○ Proper Use: The system must be used as intended and maintained according to the guidelines provided.
○ Exclusions: Damage caused by freezing, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control are not covered.
Our 30-day warranty ensures that the sod we install is free from defects and has been laid properly. If any issues arise due to our installation within this period, we will address them promptly. However, it's essential that the homeowner follows the care instructions provided to ensure the sod is established correctly.
Sod is a living product that requires proper care to establish roots and thrive. The initial 30 days are critical for root development. Beyond this period, factors like watering, mowing, and environmental conditions play a significant role in the sod's health, which are outside our control.

Our sprinkler system warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the installation date. If any issues arise due to our installation, we will repair or replace the faulty components. Regular maintenance and proper use are essential to keep the warranty valid
Yes, the warranty does not cover:
